1. Introduction

Welcome to OutfitCheck! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and AI-powered styling and image generation services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Free Tier and Pro Subscriptions

OutfitCheck operates on a "Freemium" model. Upon signing up, new users are entitled to one (1) complimentary outfit check with full feature access. To save your favorite looks, receive personalized Lookbooks, or perform additional outfit checks, you must upgrade to our "OutfitCheck Pro" subscription.

OutfitCheck Pro is available as a weekly, monthly or annual subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Details of the pricing and features are available on our Pricing page.

4. User-Generated Content

By uploading photos and other content ("User Content") to the Service, you grant OutfitCheck a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and analyze your images. This license is granted solely for the purpose of providing and improving the AI styling, feedback, and image generation features of the Service. We will never use your images for marketing or share them with third parties without your explicit consent. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Service. You must not use the service to infringe on the rights of others, including but not to intellectual property rights and privacy rights, nor may you upload content that is explicit, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Termination of Service

You may terminate your account at any time by accessing your user profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. OutfitCheck makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or applicability of the AI-generated advice or edited images. Our styling suggestions are for entertainment and informational purposes only and should not be considered professional fashion advice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
